Barb and I swapped fabrics at the Stack N Whack class. I gave her a few yards of my blue and she gave me this beautiful piece.
As soon as I finished my blue blocks, I cut more blocks from Barb's fabric. It was SSSOOOO much easier to prep the material for cutting the second time around -- it only took me a few minutes, since I knew what I was doing this time! I made three blocks and auditioned them on different background fabrics. Which one do you like best? My son picked the red. I'm still undecided.
They look Christmasy, don't they?

Stack N Whack Quilt blocks
Saturday, I took a Stack N Whack Quilt class at a LQS, Uniquely Yours. I had a great time, and met some fabulous quilting ladies! Here's a shout out to Barb, Carol, Ruth, and Janet! What's more fun than quilting? Quilting with friends!
